TERMS & CONDITIONS

Art Walk in Central (“Tour”) is scheduled between 21 March to 4 April 2026 in a total of 10 sessions.
A confirmation email will be sent to participants for the particular session of the Tour if it is successfully registered.
There is no refund for any reasons once enrollment for the particular session of the Tour is confirmed and fees are paid
Participants must present the confirmation email to attend the particular session of the Tour when arriving at the designated assembly area and please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts.
Participants who arrive late or fail to show up at the designated assembly area at the scheduled date and time will be deemed to have withdrawn from that particular session of the Tour, and will not be re-scheduled for other sessions.
Children under 6 years old are not permitted to join the Tour, and those aged 6 to 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and participants aged 16 and older register independently.
The Tour will be relocated indoor in the event of rain. If a Rainstorm Warning is in effect two hours before the Tour starts, the Tour will be cancelled. All cancelled Tour(s) will not be re-scheduled.
To ensure the safety of all participants, all children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times. Please do not allow your children to run, disrupt other visitors, or litter anywhere at all times.
During the Tour, all participants must follow the designated route and comply with the instructions and guidance of the Tour staff. Smoking and littering are not allowed . Please help ensure the cleanliness of all areas.
During the Tour, participants and/or their accompanying adults must observe the overall environment and evaluate the risks of entering any areas or partaking in any of the activities. All participants and/or their accompanying adults are responsible for their own safety. Hongkong Land will not be responsible for any injuries/damages howsoever caused.
Hongkong Land shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or cost whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses) or for personal injury which may be suffered or sustained by the participants.
Participants must take care of their personal belongings. Hongkong Land will not be responsible for any items that are damaged or stolen.
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT (PICS)

Hongkong Land seeks to collect and use participants' name and contact details (email address and phone number) for the following purposes:
1. processing access, registrations, transactions, enquiries, etc. in relation to the Tour;
2. contacting participants in relation to any change, cancellation, etc. in relation to the Tour;
3. contacting participants to collect and follow up on their feedback and questions in relation to the Tour;
4. contacting participants in relation to invitation and other Tours;
5. with participants’ consent, sending them newsletters; and/ or marketing communications as described in Hongkong Land’s Privacy Policy (at https://www.landmark.hk/en/legal-privacy/?tab=privacy-policy.);
6. other relevant purposes as set out in Hongkong Land’s Privacy Policy.
Hongkong Land will handle the collected personal data (including but not limited to the sharing and protection of personal data, data access and correction requests, etc.) in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
